The School of Humanities has more than 100 staff, with over 20 professors and more than 40 associate professors, and more than 80% of them have doctor or master’s degree. Among them, there is 1 New Century Outstanding Talent honored by the Ministry of Education, 1 committee member of Journalism and Communication Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, 1 Tianfu culture leading talent of “Tianfu Ten Thousand Program” of Sichuan Province. There are 4 academic and technical leaders of Sichuan Province and 5 reserve candidates for academic and technical leaders of Sichuan Province, 3 vice presidents or vice chairmen of national first-level academic committee and 6 vice presidents or vice chairmen of provincial academic committee. Meanwhile, more than 20 well-known scholars at home and abroad are hired as distinguished, part-time and visiting professors by School of Humanities.
